Washington College's Electric Boat Team visited the Radcliffe Creek School on Friday, September 20th. Three team members and their team advisor spoke to the entire student body about the journey that started with multiple failures, led to taking the top prize at the Promoting Electric Propulsion national electric boat competition, and eventually led to the successful attempt at breaking the Guinness World Record for "Greatest distance by electric boat, single charge (no solar)", a record that stood for 23 years prior.
